The Fountainhead Essay Contest 
Not a scholarship, exactly, but an academic award that could buy a lot of books. Plus, many (235!) awards for runners-up. Choose from three available topics at the Ayn Rand Institute website and write your best essay on Ayn Rand’s “The Fountainhead.” 
How much? $10,000 for first place, five second-place awards of $2,000, many lesser awards. 
Who is eligible? Current high school juniors and seniors. 
When’s it due? April 26
